Rho

More rugged than the Rebel, the Rho boasts additional performance upgrades, including nine drive modes, configurable performance with off-road pages, and 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory All-Terrain tires.

Performance aside, this model is also luxurious inside, impressing with genuine wood, leather, and metal interior trims, leather seating surfaces, and advanced technologies.

Limited Longhorn

The Limited Longhorn builds on the Limited, taking all its awesome features and making them better with exclusive Longhorn adornments. The exterior also boasts exclusive styling elements.

Tungsten

3 Signs Your Ram Needs a Transmission Service

Image via Snethkamp CDJR. The transmission works together with your engine to move your RAM. The engine provides large amounts of uncontrolled energy, which the transmission controls by applying this energy to the wheels to enable them to move at the required speed. Transmission components wear out as they get older and need replacement. As your RAM dealership, we'd like you to know a few signs that you need to visit us for a transmission service. more Transmission Leak Transmission fluid provides the essential hydraulic power that allows the gears to shift smoothly. It's pumped through the transmission and helps cool the hot components. In addition, the fluid coats these components in a friction-resistant covering that protects them against wear and tear. The transmission is sealed, but over time, seals can wear out, and the fluid will leak. Leaking transmission fluid is easy to spot, as it's bright or dark red. If you see a puddle of red fluid under your vehicle, contact us ASAP, and don't try to drive your RAM. If you drive with low transmission fluid, you can cause serious, irreparable damage. We'll find and fix the leak and refill the transmission fluid, and your transmission will work effectively again. Buzzing, Humming, and Whining A RAM transmission works smoothly and silently as it shifts gears according to the transmission computer's orders. Strange noises, like faint humming or buzzing, are signs that something is wrong. These noises are very difficult to detect when they start, but they rise in intensity as time passes. They can also develop into more unnerving sounds, like a painful whining noise. Buzzing and humming sounds can have several causes, including damaged transmission bands, solenoid issues, a failing fluid pump, or low transmission fluid. Whining noises from the transmission, on the other hand, are usually caused by a damaged torque converter, a clogged transmission filter, or blocked transmission lines. We'll find the cause of the trouble and fix it, and the noises will stop. Slipping Gears Once the transmission shifts gears, it remains in that gear until it's shifted again by you or the transmission computer. Slipping gears is a dangerous situation where the gears shift without warning. If this happens, the gears usually shift to their previous position, potentially causing an accident if your RAM transmission is forced into Park or Neutral. Gear slippage is usually accompanied by harsh metallic sounds as gear teeth are forced against each other. A low transmission fluid level can cause this problem, as insufficient fluid prevents the gears from shifting correctly. Other potential causes include a transmission computer issue and worn gear teeth.  Our technicians will investigate and repair the problem. If your transmission isn't working correctly, contact us right away at Snethkamp CDJR in Redford, MI.

This innovation paired with a powerful electric propulsion system gives the full-size pickup class-leading driving range and worksite capabilities. more Powerful Propulsion System A 250 kW front and 238 kW rear electric drive modules (EDMs) propel the Ram 1500 Ramcharger, generating 663 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque. The instant electric torque produced by EDMs gives the pickup truck responsive acceleration, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. Outstanding Towing and Hauling Capacities While the Ram 1500 is traditionally known for its reliable light-duty capabilities, the Ram 1500 Ramcharger's towing and hauling prowess stretch well into the medium-duty range. If you need to transport construction materials, such as cement bags or planks of wood, the pickup truck offers a best-in-class 2,625-lb max payload capacity to get the job done. Pentastar V6 Generator On the Ram 1500 Ramcharger, the driving range doesn't end when the battery bottoms out. The pickup truck features a 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine that produces mechanical energy, which is then converted into electric energy by the integrated generator to recharge the battery. This enables the Ram 1500 Ramcharger to drive a class-shattering 690 miles. The generator can also supply electric power directly to the EDMs when extra muscle is needed. Bidirectional Charging The Ram 1500 Ramcharger's battery can also be recharged with a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 charger. Connecting the pickup truck to a Level 3 charger restores 50 miles of electric range in just 10 minutes, allowing you to continue your journey after a short break. The pickup truck supports vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-home bidirectional charging. This means that you can use the battery and generator to directly charge any other Stellantis battery-electric vehicle or power your home and all its appliances in an emergency. Convenient Onboard Power With the Ram 1500 Ramcharger by your side, you can power up your tools and get to work even where the grid is unavailable. The truck offers a power panel built into the pickup box with 4.8 kilowatts of power and an available power panel with 7.2 kilowatts of power.
