The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid is America's first and only plug-in hybrid minivan. It delivers a range of 32 miles on battery-only power and an impressive 82 MPGe combined rating. This innovative family vehicle comfortably seats up to seven passengers and combines eco-friendly performance with versatile functionality for modern families.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid is available in three trims: Select, S Appearance, and Pinnacle. The Select features 18-inch aluminum wheels with a unique finish, LED headlamps, and LED daytime running lights. The S Appearance adds gloss black exterior accents and badges and a hands-free power liftgate. The range-topping Pinnacle elevates the exterior with 20-inch polished aluminum wheels and platinum chrome accents. All trims come standard with dual power sliding doors. A roof rack is optional across the lineup.
Engine (Power)
The powertrain combines a 3.6-liter V-6 engine with an advanced dual-motor eFlite transmission system that generates 260 horsepower. The 16 kW lithium-ion battery pack provides 32 miles of all-electric driving. An electrically variable transmission ensures smooth power delivery and optimal efficiency in all driving conditions. This sophisticated hybrid powertrain configuration comes standard on all trim levels of the Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid.
Performance
The Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid delivers strong acceleration. It reaches 60 mph in 7.8 seconds. When operating in hybrid mode, it gets an impressive 82 MPGe combined and delivers 30 mpg combined fuel economy. The regenerative braking system recharges the battery with energy it captures during deceleration. All trims include electronic stability and traction control systems to enhance handling and safety. The vehicle is available exclusively in a front-wheel-drive configuration.
Interior
The Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid's central command center is a 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen that features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The Pinnacle trim showcases premium quilted nappa leather seats with matching lumbar pillows. Tri-zone automatic climate control is included and maintains passenger comfort throughout the cabin. Depending on the trim level, the interior furnishes up to 12 USB ports throughout the cabin. A rear entertainment system with dual 10.1-inch touchscreens is available on higher trims. A built-in vacuum for convenient cleanup is optional in the Pinnacle trim.
Safety Features
In traffic, the forward collision warning with active braking helps prevent front-end collisions, while adaptive cruise control with stop and go ensures safe following distances. The Pinnacle trim enhances visibility when parking with a 360-degree surround-view camera. Lane Departure Warning Plus, ParkSense front and rear park assist and blind-spot monitoring are standard on all trims. Eight strategically placed airbags provide comprehensive protection for all passengers. The system includes pedestrian automatic emergency braking for additional safety in urban environments or other busy locations.
