Powerful Engine Options

The 2024 Wrangler offers four engine choices, with a 285-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine coming standard with most trim levels. Two turbocharged I4 engines are available, one gas and one hybrid, and while the gas engine provides 270 horsepower and a 5,000-pound tow rating, the hybrid variant churns out 375 horses while offering an estimated 370-mile total driving range. Then, there’s the available 6.4-liter HEMI V8, which generates 470 horsepower while lending the vehicle a 4.5-second 0-to-60 MPH time.

Designed for heavy-duty off-roading, this SUV comes with Command-Trac, a standard 4×4 system that easily tackles sand, mud, snow, and other harsh terrains. For even greater versatility, there’s the available Rock-Trac 4×4 system, which gives you better torque control for conquering rocky and uneven terrains. Skid plates, front and rear tow hooks, and Dana axles all come standard as well.

A Comfortable Interior

Inside the Wrangler’s cabin, a folding rear seat and reclining front seats come standard, and depending on the model, you can choose between cloth, leather trim, or real leather for seating materials. A heating setting and power lumbar support are available for the front seats, the steering wheel comes standard with integrated audio controls and also offers a heating option and, for extra style, you can opt for a leather-wrapped shift knob.

Next-Level Technology

Taking technology to new heights, this edition’s Uconnect 5 system allows you to use your voice or its full-color touchscreen to control the vehicle’s climate, wireless audio from smartphones, phone calls, and a wide array of entertainment options. This system also comes with an available navigation function in upper trim levels, and both 12-volt and USB ports can be found throughout the cabin for charging devices. There are also available auxiliary switches for controlling third-party accessories from inside the cabin.

Advanced Safety Features

Along with multiple airbags, this SUV boasts plenty of standard safety features, including Hill Start Assist, the ParkView Rear Back Up Camera, Traction Control, Electronic Roll Mitigation, the Tire Pressure Monitoring Display, Speed Control, Selectable Tire-Fill Alert, Electronic Stability Control, and Trailer Sway Damping.
